Scott Schwefel founded Minnesota's largest technology training company,
and sold his interest 8 years later for more than one million dollars. In
1997 and 1998 His company Benchmark Learning was named to Minnesota's "Fast 50" listing of the fastest growing privately held companies in Minnesota.
In 2002 Schwefel was named to Minnesota's "40 under 40" listing of top executives in Minnesota, under age 40, published by The Business Journal.
In addition, Schwefel has spent a month living with the Hadza tribe in Tanzania, published "I Think I'll Stand Up", a self-help book detailing how others can achieve career success, founded a web site dedicated to the success of others, and is also a founding Managing Partner of Insights Twin Cities.

Today he teaches, speaks and coaches others on understanding themselves
and others using the Insights Discovery System, and also owns and operates
