Ken is an accomplished professional speaker, corporate trainer and businessman. Ken has written numerous articles on personal and professional development. Ken Betterton believes that individual perceptions spark images that lead to innovation. He helps people learn how to use their imagination to realize their dreams. He believes that when people, or groups of people, learn how to draw on their genuine desires, they can create a forceful momentum that enables them to close the gap between their present condition and future possibilities.

Coaching Skills – Participants in the Coaching Skills Workshop will be introduced to the eight-step Coaching Model, which will act as a blueprint or road map as they build the skills, abilities, and confidence necessary to be highly effective coaches. This workshop initiates measurable change towards greater employee involvement, empowerment, and quality improvement, while it strengthens the skills of supervisors, managers and peers in partnership communication.
