 Jodi Davis is the
founder of JD Coaching & Consulting, based in Minneapolis,
Minnesota. She is an executive coach and certified human
potential trainer with more than 18 years experience helping
individuals, teams and organizations improve performance and
effectiveness. The author of “The Promise of Potential,” Jodi
Davis inspires people to embrace the life moments that define
us. She passionately engages with her audience about real life
and real issues – inspiring real results!
Jodi’s career experiences have taken her from the classroom to
the boardroom. She is the former Senior Vice President of
Menttium Corporation, the nation’s leading developer of
executive mentoring programs, where she was responsible for the
company’s marketing, sales and communications strategies to
Fortune 500 companies across North America. She has an MBA in
management from the University of St. Thomas and a BS degree in
education from the University of Minnesota. Jodi Davis is a past
board member of Children’s Hospitals & Clinics and is currently
an adjunct professor for the College of Art & Design in
Minneapolis.
