Jackie Pflug was a passenger on an Egypt Air flight that was hijacked by terrorists in 1985. When the terrorists demands for fuel were not met, she was shot in the head and thrown from the plane onto the tarmac and left for dead. Unlike the 59 passengers shot that day, Pflug lived.

Jackie has reached thousands with her message of how we can all become peak performers through our attitude and our reaction to change, adversity and challenge. She reminds us that tragedy, suffering and everyday issues always contain the seeds of new growth and learning.
