Diane Amundson is the Founder & President of Diane Amundson & Associates, a training and consulting firm with over sixteen years of experience working with organizations in the areas of leadership development, generational diversity, communications, team building and strategic planning. Diane is a member of the National Speakers Association and has served as Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior at Winona State University. Her style of training is informative and highly interactive. She has co-authored a book on leadership with Brian Tracy and Dr. Warren Bennis titled Success Strategies: High Achievers Guide to Success. (Insight Publishing 2008). Her most requested presentations included effective communication, generational diversity and strategic planning.

Diane has the ability to take complex ideas and simplify them for easier implementation. She has worked extensively with business, government and non profit organizations for the last sixteen years.
