Requested Programs:
The Game’s Changed
(45-90 minute keynote)
Objective: Employee Engagement
This interactive keynote will get folks thinking differently about how they
think, how they do their jobs, and how they relate to each other. They will
gain new insights and leave energized to find new and better ways to boost
your business and advance your mission. Innovation is no longer some nice
enhancement to your business or organizational strategy; it’s a critical
component. To be effective, it requires everyone’s involvement.
Building an Innovation Engine (2-4 hour workshop or expanded keynote)
Objective: Innovative Leadership Skills
Your leadership team is your most effective tool for promoting
innovation…or for killing it. The climate your leaders set is the single
most important factor in determining whether you have engaged employees and
effective sustained innovation. This expanded keynote/workshop will give
those with supervisory responsibilities the tools and insights needed to
meet that crucial challenge.
Clockwise Leadership Retreats (1 or 2 days)
Objective: Leadership Team Building
Would your management team benefit from an intensive immersion experience
to enhance their leadership skills? Dennis offers one and two day retreats
to renew everyone’s commitment to innovation, while gaining powerful
insights into how that can best be achieved. This longer format makes it
possible to achieve the same outcomes as the “Building an Innovation
Engine” workshops, while broadening and deepening the ability to implement
what they’ve learned, and creating a more cohesive team.
Clockwise Leadership Cohorts
Objective: Culture Shift
When your objective is to achieve a shift in the overall culture of your
organization or business unit, the approach needs to be equally ambitious.
A single event, no matter how well designed and implemented is rarely
sufficient. Even one lasting several days may not have a sustained impact
without some follow-up. To address this need, Dennis offers a series of
half-day leadership cohorts (2-4 hours) at intervals of two to three weeks.
This provides an opportunity for participants to actively apply what
they’ve learned, as part of a sustained intervention.
Clockwise Breakthroughs Methodology
Objective: Client determined
Are you confronting major strategic change in your business, or an imminent
challenge you’re not sure how to meet? Are your existing tools and
processes sometimes creating obstacles to innovation? Would you simply like
to expand your innovation toolbox? We can help you break through those
barriers and deliver truly breakthrough results.
An especially effective approach is to combine work surrounding a specific
business challenge with one or more of the keynote, workshop or cohort
offerings. Where a workshop or training approach may not be feasible,
facilitation around a recognized business issue can provide an alternative
opportunity to introduce these powerful concepts.
